Analysis Team is a professional services firm that delivers Business Intelligence and Enterprise Performance Management solutions to clients, integrating sophisticated operational and financial analysis and reporting into the management decision-making process. By doing so effectively, the firm has provided solutions that yield multi-million dollar profit increases for clients. There was substantial opportunity to improve Analysis Team’s website, to make it a more effective, credible tool in the business development process. Linda managed the creation of an entirely new website for the firm. This included defining the site’s structure, writing all content, collaborating with the designer on the site’s look and feel, and managing the whole design and development process. Linda also developed a brochure and wrote several case studies and developed a brochure to add to Analysis Team’s tool kit.
