Situation
This pediatric practice in Santa Monica, California was a smaller practice with 2 physicians when Linda became acquainted with them. Linda personally became a huge fan of the practice based on her own experience there first as a client, being a mom with 2 kids. Linda led grassroots marketing for Morningside Pediatrics to mom communities on the westside of Los Angeles. She launched a new website for the practice including site strategy, writing all content, managing design and development, and directing a photoshoot. Linda crafted an integrated outreach strategy, created a brochure to support it, and conducted staff training.
Results
- The practice has grown from 2 to 7 physicians booked at near capacity
